How long does production take?

Standard orders are completed in 7-15 days. Rush orders can be delivered in 3-5 days with an additional fee.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled before production begins. Once production starts, cancellation may not be possible. Please contact support immediately if you need to cancel.

What if I don't like the preview?

Each order includes 2 free revisions during the preview stage. You can request adjustments to style, color, or accessories before confirming your order.

What is your refund policy?

We offer free remakes for manufacturing defects or quality issues. Since preview images are approved before production, subjective dissatisfaction with style is not eligible for refunds. Apple handles In-App Purchase refunds per their policies.

How are my photos used?

Photos are used only for generating preview images and guiding production. They are stored securely and can be deleted at any time through the App. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use major international carriers. Tracking information is provided once your order ships. Delivery times vary by destination country.

How do I delete my data?

You can delete uploaded photos directly in the App under "Photos & Privacy." To delete your entire account and all associated data, please see our Data Deletion Guide or email us.
