2.1 Account Information
When you use the App, we automatically create a guest account for you. We store a randomly generated anonymous identifier and optional profile information you choose to provide (nickname, phone number). No email address or real name is required.
2.2 Photos and Images
To provide our custom doll service, you may upload photos of pets, people, or other subjects. These photos are transmitted to our servers and processed by our AI service providers to generate preview images and guide production. Photos are stored securely and only used for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
2.3 Chat and Communication Data
Messages you send to our AI advisor are processed to generate responses and extract order requirements. Chat history is stored to maintain conversation context within a session.
2.4 Order and Payment Information
When you place an order, we collect shipping information (name, phone number, address) to deliver your custom doll. Payments are processed exclusively through Apple In-App Purchase; we do not collect or store your credit card or financial information.
2.5 Device and Usage Data
We may collect anonymous usage data such as app version, device model, and interaction metrics to improve our service. This data does not personally identify you.
3. How We Use Your Information
- Order Fulfillment: To process, produce, and deliver your custom doll order.
- AI Processing: Photos and chat data are shared with third-party AI service providers (Doubao by ByteDance/Volcengine for text chat, and Alibaba DashScope for image generation) solely for generating previews and facilitating the ordering process.
- Communication: To send order status updates, production progress notifications, and respond to support inquiries.
- Service Improvement: To analyze usage patterns and improve app functionality.
- Legal Compliance: To comply with applicable laws, regulations, and legal processes.
4. Third-Party Service Providers
We engage the following third-party services to operate our App:
- Doubao AI (ByteDance/Volcengine): Processes chat messages for our AI advisor feature. Data transmitted includes conversation text only.
- Alibaba DashScope: Processes uploaded photos for preview image generation. Photos are transmitted for processing and not retained by the provider beyond the generation task.
- Apple Inc.: Handles payment processing through Apple In-App Purchase. We receive transaction confirmation but do not access your payment details.
These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only for the specified purposes.
5. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on servers located in secured data centers. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest, access controls, and regular security assessments. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Data Retention
- Account Data: Retained until you request deletion or after 24 months of inactivity.
- Photos: Retained during order production and up to 90 days after order completion for quality assurance. You may delete photos at any time through the App's "Photos & Privacy" section.
- Chat History: Retained for 30 days after your last interaction for context continuity.
- Order Information: Retained for the period required by applicable tax and accounting regulations.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access: View the personal data we hold about you through the App's profile section.
- Rectification: Update your nickname and phone number in the profile settings.
- Deletion: Delete your uploaded photos at any time. Request full account deletion by contacting us (see Section 10).
- Data Portability: Request a copy of your data in a machine-readable format.
- Withdraw Consent: Stop using the App at any time and request data deletion.
